VoiceMemoMail is designed with your privacy in mind. We do not collect, store, or share your personal data. This policy explains how the app handles your information.
You enter your email address once so the app knows where to send your recordings. This address is stored locally on your device only using Apple’s on-device storage. It is never sent to us or any third party.
When you tap the record button, the app creates an audio file on your device. This file is attached to an email using your iPhone’s built-in Mail app. The recording is temporarily stored on your device during this process and is not uploaded to any server.
The app requests access to your device’s microphone to record voice memos. This permission is managed by iOS and can be revoked at any time in your device’s Settings.
All data (your email address and temporary audio files) is stored locally on your device. We do not operate any servers or cloud services in connection with this app.
VoiceMemoMail does not use any third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking services.
VoiceMemoMail does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13.
If we update this privacy policy, the changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
